QuoteChasers stores the account, business profile, quote, customer contact, and follow-up history information needed to run automatic quote follow-up.

Information we store

This can include your login email, business name, reply-to email, phone, website, quote details, customer names, customer emails, quote values, quote statuses, and follow-up logs.

How it is used

We use this information to save your workspace, generate ready-to-use follow-up messages, send scheduled follow-up emails, show quote history, and provide support.

Customer information

Only enter customer information for real quotes where follow-up is appropriate. If a customer asks not to receive more follow-ups, mark the quote as Do not contact.

Payments

When paid plans are enabled, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. QuoteChasers should not store full card numbers in the app.
