QuoteChasers helps businesses track quotes and send automatic follow-up emails based on the quote and business profile information they enter.

Using QuoteChasers

You are responsible for entering accurate customer information, only following up on real quotes or estimates, and marking quotes as won, lost, paused, or do not contact when appropriate.

Customers can reply to your follow-up emails directly. If a customer asks not to receive more follow-ups, mark the quote as Do not contact so automated follow-ups stop.

Email follow-ups

QuoteChasers sends follow-up emails using your business details and reply-to address. You are responsible for making sure your follow-ups are appropriate for your customers and comply with laws that apply to your business.

Billing

Paid plans will be billed through Stripe when checkout is enabled. Pricing, included quote volume, follow-up volume, cancellation terms, and refund policy will be shown before payment.

You can cancel anytime once billing is live. Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
